I have enjoyed Karen's yoga classes for many years.  Her attention to detail in all the poses allows you to work to your own level, with plenty of opportunity to do stronger or gentler versions to suit your own body. The zoom classes work really well, and Karen's warmth and knowledge shine through, but it is particularly enjoyable  to be able to meet in person outside in summer and the occasional fun after-session tennis knock-up is a real bonus too!        - Helen

 


I have been doing yoga with Karen for nearly 10 years now. I cannot recommend her sessions (face to face or online) highly enough. They have a hugely positive impact on my physical and mental well-being. Karen always explains how to adapt postures to suit your own individual needs and ensures that you feel safe, confident and can gain maximum benefit whatever your ability. I always look forward to Karen's Yoga class over Zoom. I don't have to leave home to do it, I go online a little early to say hello to everyone else taking part which is good. The class is one hour long, when I switch off from everything else and enjoy exercises, which help keep me flexible. I never thought I would be able to relax at the end of the class, but I do and it's amazing!     - Julie

Karen’s yoga classes are enjoyable and at the end of each lesson I feel that I have benefitted from them.
