Walking Meditation -

Mondays 10am. Meet in the Grove car park, Felixstowe.

Part meditation, part social, supportive friendships.

No charge, 4 legged friends are welcome

Club - 1st Wednesday of every month 6.15 to 7.15pm

An hour of fun, laughter, chuckles & chortles combined with deep breathing and relaxation

Telephone - Every Monday 2pm. 10 minutes of delightful laughter on the telephone to laugh your cares away. Free​
